Terms & Conditions – 399bet Platform Rules

1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 399bet platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction and that you have reached the minimum age of 21 years. We reserve the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. If we determine that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be returned at our sole discretion after identity verification is completed.

2 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 399bet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or a false identity — is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3 Account Verification

399bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identification documents — including a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released. Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your 399bet account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 399bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

5 Account Suspension and Closure

399bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process when required
• Any behaviour that 399bet reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, 399bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.

6 Deposit Policy

All deposits made to your 399bet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit is ৳200. 399bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved payment channels. Deposits made via third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review. 399bet does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

7 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. 399bet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period during which identity verification documents are assessed. 399bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion. 8 Currency

9 Bonus Eligibility

10 Wagering Requirements

11 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, using automated software to farm promotional credits, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise acting in bad faith in connection with promotions will have their account suspended and all bonus balances forfeited without compensation. 399bet's determination in such matters is final.

12 Game Integrity

13 Betting on Sports and Cricket

Bets accepted in error — including those placed at clearly incorrect odds — may be voided at the sole discretion of 399bet. 399bet reserves the right to limit stakes, void bets, or close accounts found to be engaging in arbitrage or syndicate betting.

14 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399bet platform:

• Use of automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to obtain funds or game credits

15 Player Responsibility

The decision of 399bet on all disputes relating to gaming outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

18 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of online gaming law and standard international practice applicable to offshore gaming platforms. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

19 Data Collection and Use

By registering with 399bet, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Personal data collected during registration and the course of your use of the platform — including your name, contact information, and transaction history — is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. 20 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 399bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21 Amendments
